DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Inspect your merchandise upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us IMMEDIATELY for instructions. Please include your order/track number, name and shipping address. Damage claims will not be honored if reported past 15 days of purchase date.
RETURNS
If your selection does not meet your every expectation, please email us within 15 days of purchase date for Return Authorization (RA). Any return without a RA will not be honored. Items must be returned in condition it was received. Return must include the original packing slip. Customer pays return shipping. Your credit card will be refunded full purchase price(excluding originating shipping and handling fees) if received within 30 days of purchase date.
Returns received after 30 days of purchase date are subject to a 25% merchandise restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns after 60 days.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned purchase, you will receive a refund on your credit card within 10 days. If the credit card used on your purchase has expired and we cannot refund your credit account, you will receive a store credit. Shipping & Processing charges will be applied to new order using store credit.

A. Yes, our products meet or exceed all USA Federal safety guidelines and standards including standards for food safety. Some ceramic glazes may contain trace levels of lead or cadmium pigment, well within the federal safety guidelines.
